Delivery

We aim to despatch your product within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Post and packing charges are outlined below.  All packages are sent RECORDED DELIVERY.

Small Items:

Relax, Lady! It's delivered in a plain brown wrapper, see!?!

Heavy Items (Boots):

These charges only apply to the FIRST ITEM – All extra items on your order are DELIVERED FREE! NB - If there is at least one heavy item (such as Boots) then the higher rate will apply.

All packages are discreet with no identifying marks at all.  Our Return Address label identifies us only as INTERSTATE LTD.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods in an unused condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase.  We will then credit your account with the purchase price of the goods.  It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods by Recorded Delivery, and for the postage cost of returning the goods.

Please ensure that footwear is only tried on indoors as items returned with scuffed soles cannot be accepted.  All items are thoroughly checked for defects before we despatch, and need to be returned in the same condition.

Please note that the majority of footwear return are because the customer ordered one size too small.  Please carefully consult our size guides in FAQ.

Replacement Item Postage Costs

If we have asked you to pay replacement postage costs due to incorrect ordering, please use the button below to pay this via our secure payments system.  Leave the amount field as zero and the postage will be automatically charged when you check out.  If you have any more to pay then enter an amount in this box:
