What is your normal delivery time?
We usually process orders on the same day, but at busy times we may need 3 working days. Orders are shipped Parcel post and usually take 1-2 days. If you are in a hurry, just let me know and I'll pull my finger out!
Will I have to sign for the delivery?
Yes – We don't want your gear delivered to your neighbour now do we?
Can I collect?
Yes, of course. It's best to phone first as I don't have strict opening hours.
I am pleased to hear that you wrap items up in plain wrapping but I would like to keep my shoes private and do not want to receive a box which is brightly coloured once I have opened the wrapping, do you have an option to pay for a plain box instead?
Yes we do have this option if you prefer the boxes would be purchased especially for you so there would be a small charge of £3.00 per order to cover the cost of this. Please just choose your delivery method with this option at the checkout and I will then send your item in the plain box as well as the plain wrapping.
What happens if you don’t have my size in stock?
You can see more detail on the Delivery page. We will let you know if we need to order the items in but our suppliers are very fast and we can usually get items within a week or so.
Why do I need to buy High Heel Shoes in a size larger that I would normally wear?

Can I compare different heel heights?
Yes – here's a direct comparison of heel-heights. We stock anything from 10cm (4 inches) upwards. Anything less is for whimps!
Why are the shoes you supply bigger than I asked for?
They're not! The majority of the shoes we stock are American. Their sizes are different to UK sizes.
Here's a useful conversion chart. For example, if you are a UK 5.5 to 6, then you will need a US size 8. BUT – you only need to order in UK sizes – I will do the conversion.

All Pleaser, Lucious and Devious shoes are marked in U.S. women's sizing, while Demonia shoes are marked in either U.S. women's or U.S. men's sizing. The shoe size conversion chart below only serves as a guide to help you determine the sizing equivalent of our products in different parts of the world. Please note that the actual sizing may differ slightly from the chart as the size conversions listed are APPROXIMATE - there is no universally accepted international conversion for shoe sizing; it may also vary slightly from collection to collection among our different brands.
M/W indicates Men's or Women's Sizes. Other systems are for either gender.
