The price of the Goods, the delivery charges and Value Added Tax where applicable are set out on the Order Form. Whilst every effort is made to deliver the Goods in accordance with the time-scales set out for delivery in the relevant pages, we do not accept any liability for late delivery of the Goods.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Conclusion of a Contract at a Distance) Regulations 2000, you have the right to withdraw from this transaction.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Conditions at any time. Please check these Conditions for changes before placing each order.

No Order submitted by you shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until confirmed by e-mail or in writing by us. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission on any page of this web site or in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.

Payment by you on your payment card does not mean that we have accepted your order or that a contract has been formed between us, until we accept the order. In the event that we reject your order we will credit your card.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods in an unused condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase. We will then credit your account. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. Your return shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please note that custom made-to-order goods cannot be refunded. The above does not affect your statutory rights.
